If you would like to delete your player account for My Hero Academia UNITED SURVIVAL, please read the following carefully and then follow the steps below.
■ From the App Title Screen
(1) Select the collapsed menu icon (≡) at the bottom right of the screen > Inquiries > Delete Personal Data
(2) Read the displayed notes carefully before selecting "OK"
(3) Consent items will be displayed. Check "I have confirmed the important notes" and select "Agree"
(4) Confirmation items will be displayed. Review them and select "Agree"
*Deleting your account is not required if you stop playing My Hero Academia UNITED SURVIVAL. Please delete the app as needed.
*This request is not for recreating play data (rerolling).
If you wish to recreate your play data, tap the collapsed menu icon (≡) at the bottom right of the title screen > Inquiries > Reset (Reroll).

Please note the following if you delete your personal information.
・Your player account will no longer exist and can no longer be used.
・Even if you have linked your data, it can no longer be restored.
If you perform [Delete Personal Data], all data, including purchase information and play data, can no longer be restored.
If you have any "Herostone (Paid)" remaining, you will also no longer be able to request a refund for it.
▼ Data That Will Not Be Deleted
Even if you submit a request to delete your My Hero Academia UNITED SURVIVAL account, the following data will not be deleted.
・Purchase History
・Inquiry History
