Examples of Misconduct
・Transferring, lending, exchanging, or selling accounts (RMT)
・Tampering with app data to gain an unfair advantage in the game
・Fraudulently obtaining Herostones
・Harassing other users
・Sharing methods for unauthorized actions
・Any other behavior that violates the Terms of Service
About RMT (Real Money Trading)
In addition to buying and selling accounts, services such as developing characters or having someone else play the game on your behalf are also prohibited.
If you hand your account information to another person even once, your account may be stolen through impersonation, so please never do so.
Having someone else play on your behalf counts as account sharing and is prohibited.
Misconduct can degrade game balance and may disadvantage users who play fairly.
We ask for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and fair game environment for all players.
*We do not answer inquiries about prohibited behavior, whether action was taken based on a report, or questions about the details of such actions.
*We do not disclose reasons for account suspensions.
