Leadership can be transferred at the leader's discretion.
Leadership will be automatically transferred if the Agency is Lv. 5 or higher and the leader has not logged in for a certain period.
■ If the Leader Does Not Log in for Three Days
Leadership is transferred to the first subleader who logs in.
■ If No Leader or Subleader Logs in for Five Days
Leadership is transferred to the first member who logs in.
