For the Google Play version, you can use the payment method "Pay at convenience store" by following the steps below.
1. After tapping the "Purchase" button, select "Convenience Store Payment" on the payment method selection screen
2. Select a convenience store, then tap the "Get payment code" button
3. When the payment code is displayed, tap the "Download payment code" button
4. Check the number and instructions shown on the payment code screen, then pay at the selected convenience store
5. After payment is complete, restart the app
You can also check and download the payment code from the Google Play Store by following the steps below.
1. Tap the profile icon at the top right of the Google Play Store home screen
2. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Budget & history"
3. Tap the payment information for the convenience store payment you selected (shown as "Pending")
4. Tap "View code"
5. Tap the "Download payment code" button shown at the bottom of the screen
*If you select "Pay at convenience store" when purchasing Herostones, you will not be able to purchase a Herostone pack with the same name regardless of the payment method until payment is completed.
You can purchase the same Herostone pack again after paying for the pending transaction or canceling it yourself in the Google Play Store.
■ How to Cancel in the Google Play Store
1. Tap the profile icon at the top right of the Google Play Store home screen
2. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Budget & history"
3. Tap the payment information for the convenience store payment you selected (shown as "Pending")
4. Tap "Cancel"
If you restart the app immediately after paying at a convenience store, the purchase may not appear in-game.
If it is not reflected, please wait a while, then try the steps below and check again.
1. Check your Google Play order history to confirm that the purchase was completed
2. Try clearing the cache for "Google Play Store" in your device's Settings app
3. If the purchase was completed, restart your device
4. Check in-game to see whether the Herostones are reflected

・For information on which stores support "Pay at convenience store," please refer to the information provided by Google Play.
・After selecting "Pay at convenience store" when purchasing Herostones, you must complete payment before the payment deadline.
If payment is not completed by the deadline, the Herostone purchase will be canceled automatically.
・After payment at a convenience store is completed, the purchase will be reflected when you restart the app within approximately three days (72 hours).
*After restarting the app, please confirm that your Herostones have increased.
・If you do not launch the app within approximately three days after payment is completed and the purchase is not applied, the Herostone purchase will be canceled automatically, and the payment amount will be added to your Google Play balance.
*Even if there was a period when you could not log in due to maintenance (including emergency maintenance) or the period until automatic cancellation has been shortened, it will not be extended.
*For questions about Google Play Store behavior, please contact Google Play Support.
・For purchases made using "Pay at convenience store," Herostones and bonuses are not granted immediately after purchase, so a bonus may expire before it is granted.
Even in this case, the bonus period will not be extended, so please make your purchase with ample time remaining.
