A Collection can unlock a Fully Enhanced Skill by meeting both of the following conditions:
・Max Evolution reached
・Max Lv. reached
Once unlocked, Fully Enhanced Skills will always be in effect regardless of whether or not its Collection is set.
The effects of Fully Enhanced Skills from multiple Collections stack, making them more powerful.
